SynPower Technology regards “integrity” as the foundation of corporate management. The Company has designated the President’s Office as the dedicated unit responsible for ethical corporate management operations, supervision, and implementation, and reports to the Board of Directors at least once a year.

When discovering fraud, violations of ethical corporate management, or any illegal conduct by the Company’s governance units, management, or employees, reports may be submitted through the dedicated channel below. Reports are handled by the Audit Office and simultaneously received by the Chairperson of the Audit Committee. We are committed to keeping the whistleblower’s identity and report contents strictly confidential and ensuring that whistleblowers are not subject to improper treatment for legitimate actions.

 

Implementation Status of Insider Trading Prevention

To ensure fairness of information, the Company revised the Insider Trading Prevention Management Procedures in August 2023. Insiders are strictly prohibited from trading securities using undisclosed information, and trading controls during closed periods are strictly implemented.
