01 Occupational Safety and Health Management
SynPower places a high priority on employee safety and health. Through occupational safety and health management, risk identification, safety protection, 6S workplace management, emergency preparedness, and health promotion measures, the Company continues to reduce workplace risks and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Risk Identification and Prevention
The Company continuously identifies occupational safety and health risks in the workplace and adopts appropriate preventive and improvement measures based on the characteristics of each operation.
Operational Safety Management
Safety requirements are established for equipment operation, electrical work, material handling, and other workplace risks. Training, protective equipment, and on-site management are used to reduce operational risks.
6S Workplace Management
The Company applies the 6S principles of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety to maintain orderly work areas, equipment surroundings, and common spaces.
Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Facilities
Appropriate personal protective equipment is provided based on work requirements, while fire protection equipment and other safety facilities are regularly reviewed and maintained.
Emergency Preparedness and Response
Fire prevention, evacuation, and emergency response mechanisms are established, while practical drills are conducted to strengthen employees' emergency response capabilities.
First Aid and Health Support
AEDs and first-aid equipment are provided, together with employee health care and consultation services to support employees' physical and mental well-being.
Prevention of workplace unlawful infringement, sexual harassment, and bullying, together with employee grievance mechanisms, is disclosed separately on the Employee Care page .
02 Annual Occupational Safety Performance
The Company continuously monitors its occupational safety and health performance and reviews annual implementation results using indicators including major occupational accidents and general occupational injuries.
No major occupational accidents occurred in 2025.
No general occupational injury cases occurred in 2025.
The Company continues to reduce risks to employee safety and the workplace environment through workplace management, safety education, fire prevention and emergency response, health management, and maintenance of safety facilities.
03 Safety Education and Emergency Response
Through annual safety awareness programs, fire drills, AED training, and first-aid training, the Company strengthens employees' awareness of workplace and fire risks and enhances their ability to respond to emergencies.
2025 Safety Education and Emergency Drills
- Conduct workplace safety and regulatory awareness programs to strengthen employee safety awareness.
- Conduct fire prevention and evacuation drills to strengthen initial fire response, emergency evacuation, and incident notification capabilities.
- Provide AED and first-aid training to improve employees' initial response and first-aid capabilities during unexpected health emergencies.
- Continue reviewing fire protection equipment and evacuation routes to reduce the potential impact of fires and other emergencies on employees and business operations.
04 Employee Health Management
The Company continues to support employees in understanding and managing their health through health examinations, occupational health nursing services, and health promotion initiatives.
Health Examinations
Employee health examinations are provided in accordance with Company policies and applicable regulations, helping employees monitor their personal health conditions.
Occupational Health Care and Consultation
Occupational health interviews and consultations provide employees with professional health management guidance and related care support.
Health Promotion
The Company continues to conduct health education and promotion activities to strengthen employees' awareness of preventive health care and self-health management.
05 ISO 45001 Implementation Progress
The Company continues to enhance its occupational safety and health management system and is progressively advancing the implementation of the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
The Company is progressively establishing occupational safety and health management systems and operating mechanisms aligned with the ISO 45001 framework.
Next Steps
External certification is planned for 2027. The Company has not yet obtained third-party ISO 45001 certification and will continue to strengthen the management system and related operating mechanisms.
