Internal Audit Organization
The Company has established an internal audit unit under the Board of Directors. Based on the company’s scale, business conditions, and management needs, qualified and appropriate full-time internal auditors have been assigned, and an audit deputy has also been appointed.
- The appointment and dismissal of the internal audit officer shall be approved by the Board of Directors.
- Information on audit personnel is regularly reported each year for recordkeeping.
- Internal auditors continue to participate in professional training every year.
Purpose of Internal Audit
Internal audit assists the Board of Directors and managers in inspecting and reviewing deficiencies in the internal control system, while measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. By providing timely improvement recommendations, it ensures the continuous and effective implementation of the internal control system.

Annual Plan Preparation
An annual audit plan is prepared based on risk assessment results, and audit reports are prepared with supporting working papers.

Deficiency Tracking and Improvement
Deficiencies identified by audits are disclosed truthfully. After reports are submitted for approval, follow-up is conducted at least quarterly until improvements are completed.

Board Reporting
Audit reports and follow-up reports are delivered to all independent directors for review before the end of the month following completion, and the audit officer attends Board meetings to report.

Regulatory Filing and Recordkeeping
Before and after the end of each year, reports on the audit plan and implementation status are filed within the statutory deadlines for recordkeeping.

Implementation of Self-assessment
All internal units and subsidiaries are required to conduct annual self-assessments, and the audit unit reviews the self-assessment results.

Issuance of Internal Control Statement
Based on audit results and self-assessment reports, the internal control statement is signed and announced by the Board of Directors and the President.
