Corporate Governance Officer

The Company, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors on November 11, 2022, appointed Ms. Lin Yu-Ting, Finance and Accounting Supervisor, as the Corporate Governance Officer.
The Corporate Governance Officer possesses more than three years of experience in supervisory roles related to finance and shareholder affairs in publicly listed companies.


The primary responsibilities of the Corporate Governance Officer are as follows:
  1. Handle matters related to the meetings of the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting in accordance with laws and regulations.
  2. Prepare minutes of the Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings.
  3. Assist directors with their appointment and ongoing training.
  4. Provide directors with necessary information for performing their duties.
  5. Assist directors in complying with laws and regulations.
  6. Perform other duties stipulated in the Company’s Articles of Incorporation or contracts.
