Corporate Governance Officer Operations
By resolution of the Board of Directors on November 11, 2022, the Company appointed Associate Manager Lin Yu-ting, Head of Finance and Accounting, as the Corporate Governance Officer. Associate Manager Lin has more than three years of experience in supervisory positions related to finance and stock affairs at public companies, meeting the qualification requirements under applicable regulations.

Handles Board of Directors and shareholders’ meeting affairs in accordance with laws and regulations.
Meeting Minutes Preparation
Prepares and properly maintains minutes of Board and shareholders’ meetings.
Director Training
Assists directors with onboarding and plans annual continuing education courses.
Information Provision
Provides directors with information required to perform their duties and ensure the quality of resolutions.
Regulatory Compliance
Assists directors in complying with relevant laws and regulations, strengthening compliance management.
Governance Matters Execution
Handles other governance matters as stipulated by the Articles of Incorporation or contracts.
