In recent years, the rise of 5G communications, high-performance computing, and other applications has driven upgrades in end-product design. This has also pushed Taiwan toward high-end PCB product deployment and advanced technology development. As back-end packaging companies need to bond tiny active and passive components onto PCB surfaces, the thickness uniformity, flatness, and circuit precision of PCB boards have become new challenges.

Founded in 2002, SynPower initially developed through both equipment agency services and proprietary technology. With advanced inspection equipment, customized wet-process solutions, and AVRIOT as its three main development directions, the company has gradually focused on machine vision applications and advanced automation process equipment as the core of its operations in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry.
Smart Manufacturing Cross-process Integration Advantage: The difficulty of smart manufacturing in the PCB industry lies in the large number of processes, including drilling, exposure, electrical testing, vision applications, circuit inspection, and appearance inspection. A complete production process may involve more than one hundred pieces of equipment. The difficulty of cross-process smart manufacturing integration depends on the number of processes and the degree of equipment variation. SynPower has diverse deployments in appearance inspection, vision inspection, wet-process equipment, and other areas, giving it an advantage in cross-process smart manufacturing integration. Therefore, in addition to existing PCB customers, SynPower may also have opportunities to enter the supply chains of industries such as LED, IC packaging/testing, and semiconductors in the future.
Looking ahead, driven by trends such as 5G, AIoT, and electric vehicles, demand in the global PCB and semiconductor industries continues to strengthen, also driving rising needs for product specification upgrades and process advancement. To expand services for industries and customers, SynPower has established additional operating locations in Dongguan in South China, Kunshan in East China, Qinhuangdao in North China, Thailand, and Chennai, India. It is also carrying out related merger and acquisition strategies to provide a more complete product line and maintain its industry-leading position. In addition, through its listing application, SynPower aims to further increase corporate visibility, attract outstanding talent, and raise the operating capital needed for future growth.
