In response to the amendments to the Electronic Signatures Act, starting from May 17, 2025, shareholders may request to handle shareholder services electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

The Company has entered into an agreement to use the TDCC’s “Shareholder Services e-Counter (eCounter Platform)” to process shareholder services using digital signatures. For the shareholder services currently available for application through this platform, please refer to the announcements on the “eCounter Shareholder Services e-Counter” at the TDCC website:

For other shareholder services that are not yet available electronically via the platform, please continue to apply in writing with the original specimen seal through the Company's shareholder services agent, Grand Fortune Securities Shareholder Services Department.
