4. Fair Hours & Compensation

No forced overtime.
Action: Provide wages and benefits exceeding legal requirements to ensure a reasonable standard of living for all.

5. Labor-Management Dialogue

Foster harmony and a friendly workplace.
Action: Hold 4 labor-management meetings annually to discuss welfare and protect the right to be heard.

6. Health & Safety

Occupational hazard prevention.
Action: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety training to prioritize employee health and well-being.
