To continuously listen to employees’ voices and enhance human resources policies and organizational sustainability, the Company conducted its first Employee Satisfaction Survey in September 2025, administered by the Human Resources Department. The survey aims to understand employees’ perceptions and suggestions regarding various aspects of the organization, serving as a basis for talent policies and workplace improvements.
