Work Environment and Personal Safety

  1. To ensure employee safety and health and to implement occupational safety and health management, the Company has established an "Occupational Safety and Health Management Plan" and "Safety and Health Work Rules," which all employees must jointly comply with to maintain workplace safety. New and current employees are arranged to participate in safety and health training to enhance their awareness of occupational safety and health, aiming to create a zero-accident workplace.
  2. Regular safety maintenance and disaster prevention drills are conducted. Fire safety inspections and reports are carried out annually as required. Employee self-defense group drills are held once every March and September. In the event of an incident, necessary emergency measures can be promptly taken to ensure the safety of employees and property.
  3. In addition to providing labor and health insurance for all employees, the Company also arranges group accident insurance and travel insurance for business trips to comprehensively protect employees’ rights and interests.
  4. To ensure employees’ safety at the workplace, access control card readers are installed at all entrances and exits, and security surveillance equipment is set up at main entrances to protect personal safety.
  5. Health checkups are conducted for employees every two years. Professional vendors are entrusted to assist with the checkups, and medical personnel analyze, assess, manage, and store the health check records.
  6. Certified Occupational Safety Personnel

The Company complies with national regulations by appointing occupational safety management personnel holding professional certifications, who also undergo regular refresher training to ensure effective execution of safety skills. The relevant certifications and personnel numbers are as follows:

  • Occupational Safety and Health Manager: 1 person
  • Fire Prevention Manager: 1 person
  • First Aid Personnel: 1 person
